About this activity

Enjoy canopy, a jungle water slide, hot springs and cultural experiences in the Guanacaste rainforest.

What to do

Discover the best of the Guanacaste rainforest in an experience that combines canopy, hot springs, local culture and outdoor adventure in a single day. The Buena Vista Mega Combo is designed for travelers who want to enjoy multiple nature activities with minimal walking and scenic views of the Rincón de la Vieja volcano.

The adventure begins with a zipline circuit through the rainforest, where you’ll glide high above the jungle while admiring the region’s natural landscapes. If you prefer a more relaxed experience, you can also explore the Los Higuerones hanging bridges surrounded by tropical vegetation.

The fun continues on the famous 425-meter jungle water slide, one of the park’s most popular attractions. To move through different areas of the experience, you may choose between an optional horseback ride or a tractor transfer while enjoying panoramic jungle and mountain views.

In addition to the adventure activities, you’ll enjoy a cultural experience at the Trapiche del Rincón, where you’ll learn about traditional coffee, sugar cane and indigenous Guaitil pottery processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to taste local products and traditional Costa Rican flavors during the tour.

To end the day, relax at Pacaya Hot Springs, a natural setting featuring thermal pools, sauna and volcanic mud treatments.

Between ziplining, culture and wellness, this experience offers a complete way to discover Costa Rica’s nature and traditions.
