Things to know
Important recommendations:
- Ensure you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, or even 1 hour earlier if you plan to enjoy our hydrotherapy facilities with soaking. (Note that hydrotherapy is only available for treatments within the SPA and does not apply to the Beauty Salon). Arriving late may limit the duration of your treatment.
- We suggest bringing swimwear to enjoy the pool areas. We will provide robes and sandals in the dressing rooms for comfort.
Key information to report at the Spa reception:
- In case of pregnancy, please inform us directly at the Spa.
- If you have had surgeries in the last year.
- Patients with any cancer should be informed directly at the Spa.
- Major allergies.
- Skin or dermatological sensitivities.
- Indicate any injury and its location.
- Pre-existing medical conditions (diabetes, hypertension, heart problems, etc.).
- List of medications you are taking.
- Physical restrictions.

*Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the SPA extension or reception at least 6 hours before the scheduled treatment. Otherwise, 100% of the treatment value will be forfeited.
